Step 1: Place your order today!

Fax (319-364-3550) or e-mail ( lipbalm@clearlyorganiclips.com ) us your purchase order. Be sure to include the item number, quanity, shipping address and your contact information so we can confirm your order and arrange payment.

Step 2: Label Design and Approval

E-mail your artwork to lipbalm@clearlyorganiclips.com .

In order to meet our quality guidelines, and to reduce the time spent in the proofing process please review our guidelines for submitting label art:

A.	Acceptable file formats:  ai or eps (at least 300 dpi)
B.	Send art with outlined type. If possible, include editable text within the file to the side of the art.
C.	Include font(s) & logo(s)
D.	Font size must be equivalent to 5 pt Arial or New Times Roman.
E.	If dieline (click to download dieline) is used, art must follow die parameters - flood out to red line, graphics/text must be contained within blue line.
F.	To ensure proper orientation of the art on the label, note that the safety seal tab extends over cap.
G.	Art revisions aside from the standard setup will incur additional art charges.

Once your artwork is received our graphics department will create a professional quality label and
e-mail you a proof. When you have thoroughly reviewed your proof and are happy with the design, email us to let us know and we will move your order on to production.

Step 3: Shipping

For our standard shipping we use FedEx ground, but you may provide your carrier account number for UPS or Federal Express if you prefer. Please allow 15 business days plus shipping time, from the date your artwork is approved, to receive your order. If you need faster turnaround time, let us know and we will see what we can do.
